I help individuals, couples, and families to work through obstacles and build lasting relationships.
Just like rocky or dysfunctional relationships can leave us feeling pretty rough, a secure and caring bond can be help us heal. Therapy is like having a safe space to dive into your thoughts and feelings, gain new perspectives, and figure out what might be holding you back. I get it, facing our pain head-on and trusting someone with it is a big deal. That's why I'm here to create a comfortable and supportive space where you can grow and make positive change.
My approach? It's all about teamwork and treating you with respect. I use different ways of working together based on what you want and need. We're talking about things like understanding how your brain works, looking at family dynamics, processing difficult experiences and finding new coping skills.

How can I help?
-

Individual
Commit to yourself with one-on-one counseling. We’ll explore how the brain reacts to experiences, helping you better understand how your whole body processes past trauma or events. Together, we’ll equip you with the tools to move forward.

Gen Z
Growing up in unprecedented times? Not cool. Seeking mental health care? Cool. Let’s thank ourselves for refusing to inherit the stigma of therapy and treat our mental health like the precious commodity it is. Think of counseling as a workout for your mental health — nuturing those skills and muscles for the unpredictable road ahead.
-

Couples
